We are a leading cyber security company in Greece, specializing in investigating and preventing online scams.
Our clients include insurance companies, banks, other financial institutions, and individuals that are being targeted by hackers or victims of online fraud.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated person who has IT support experience and understands online scams and frauds to investigate them.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate online scams and collect digital evidence from emails, SMS, voice calls, bank accounts, email headers, websites, and social media platforms.
- Write detailed reports on how the scam was carried out and provide recommendations on how to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
Conduct remote support, teams, and Zoom meetings with clients to gather information and provide updates on the investigation. - Handle social media accounts with proficiency and provide advice to clients on how to protect themselves from social media scams.
- Use 2FA and security measures such as password managers, antivirus tools, and other technologies to ensure the security and integrity of our investigations.
- Install, configure, and maintain cyber security tools, including antivirus software, firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and other security technologies.
- Provide technical support to clients and resolve issues related to cyber security incidents.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses in clients’ systems.
Requirements:
- Technical background in Technology, Computer Science or Digital Marketing
- At least 2-3 years of experience in customer support or IT support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
- Familiarity with Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc
- Familiarity with remote support, teams, and Zoom meetings.
- Knowledge of 2FA and security measures such as password managers and antivirus tools.
- Experience with cyber security tools, including antivirus software, firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and other security technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and evenings.
